Moo and Roo's Parties is one of the first Soft Play hire companies in Luxembourg. Whatever the event, from children's parties or wedding to corporates, we can ensure your under 6's have fun, safe and stimulating play, at a venue of your choice. And now entertain the older ones with our bouncy castle!

The Rules

  1. Bookings will only be accepted with a 50 EUR non-refundable booking fee together with a signed booking form. The booking fee will be returned on return of the equipment if in a satisfactory state on the day of the party is paid in cash.
  2. The signed booking form must confirm the party date, time, venue, contact details (for both the hirer and venue) as well as type of package booked. Any subsequent request to change type of package booked will be entirely at Moo & Roo’s discretion and subject to availabilty of items.
  3. Once the softplay and equipment is setup, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the hirers responsibility. The named hirer must ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the softplay equipment. The hirer will be required to cover the cost of any damage  to the equipment as well as the cost of any missing items when Moo and Roo return to collect the equipment.
  4. You will be asked to sign to ensure you are happy with the position, setup, layout and general condition of the items before the Moo & Roo’s team leave the venue.
  5. The equipment must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. If the equipment requires unreasonable extra cleaning due to failure to abide by the agreed Terms and Conditions, a 50 EUR cleaning charge will be included.
  6. All the equipment has a upper age limit of 6 years old. STRICTLY no one over this age must use the equipment. 
  7. STRICTLY no food, drinks, shoes (including adults), pets, sharp instruments, jewellery or messy activities to be allowed in the play area. The equipment can be easily damaged through misuse. Hirers are not permitted to move or break up any of the mats put down for protection of users.
  8. Do not allow anyone to jump from the play equipment. The play equipment should not be used if it becomes wet as the surfaces may become slippery.
  9. A responsible adult (18 or over) must supervise the equipments at all times. Supervising adults must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  10. Please ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded. The supervising adult should use common sense to limit the number of children using it depending on available space and size of the children. Children should not be pushing, colliding, fighting or behave in a manner likely to cause injure and distress to others
  11. Please ensure that no person with any medical condition or a history of back and neck problems is allowed on the equipment.
  12. Users should not be on the equipment during set-up and break down.
  13.  In the event of the equipment becoming dirty, please only use warm soapy water to clean the equipment. Under no circumstances should any solvents or chemicals be used on the equipment.
  14. The equipment is for indoor use only unless unless prior agreement has been made when booking. We will then discuss with you how to protect the equipment whilst it is in location. In the event of extreme/ unexpected weather conditions where the equiment would become unsafe to use outdoors, it is the hirers responsibility to arrange an alternative venue. A member of  Moo & Roo’s Parties  will contact the hirer in such circumstances and if an alternative venue could not be secured the 50 EUR desposit would be forfeited. If, due to extreme weather, Moo and Roo Parties cannot travel to the venue a new booking may be required. Moo & Roo Parties cannot be held responsible for this.
  15. Please note that all persons using the equipment do so at their own risk. It is the sole responsibility of the named hirer(s) to ensure the Terms and Conditions are abided by for the safety of everyone attending and/or using the equipment.
  16. The standard hire period is based on a maximum of 4 hours. An hour either side of this will be required for setup. If additional time is required this can be arranged for a extra charge. If you require the equipment after 7 pm, an additional hourly fee will apply. Please discuss your requirements with us at Moo & Roo’s Parties for full prices.
